My path into holistic healing began through my own lived experience with health challenges. What started as a personal search for answers became a devotion to understanding how emotional trauma is stored in the body and nervous system and how true healing unfolds when the body feels safe.
I immersed myself in kinesiology and trained extensively in the Body Code and Emotion Code systems, developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson, to identify and release stored emotional stress. With a strong foundation in functional nutrition, I integrated intuitive anatomy and subconscious belief work to support healing at the deepest levels.
My continued education led me to the MAP Method and Advanced levels of Theta Healing, modalities rooted in neuroplasticity, nervous system regulation, and subconscious re patterning. These approaches allow healing to unfold gently and efficiently without reliving past trauma.

With minimal verbal processing, I identify root emotional and energetic imbalances, allowing the nervous system to soften and recalibrate naturally. Sessions unfold in a grounded, judgment free space where clients feel seen, safe, and supported.
